For a nominal fee ($300.00) in addition to your membership, this is an inexpensive way to promote your business. In return, you will receive recognition via banner at all major chamber events. Your business logo will be displayed in all hand out advertising, and also as a banner ad on the weekly “Community Connection” Newsletter.

Featured Business of the Month Recognition – each month the Chamber will feature a member business as its “Business of the Month!” Member businesses will be randomly chosen and will receive a free, month-long ad in the local newspaper “Press & Banner” ( a $250.00 value) as well as a radio spot for the month on WZLA-FM (a 300.00 value), a display in the Chamber, and promotion on our Facebook page as well as in our weekly “Community Connection” publication.

Ribbon Cuttings – what better way is there to announce your new busi- ness than a ribbon cutting! As a member, we will help you coordinate a special ribbon cutting, publicize the event on our Facebook page and website as well as in our weekly “Community Connections” e-mail publication. 

Chamber Building & Equipment Usage – as a member you can use our building free of charge! Our tables and chairs are also available for rental. Both are on a reservation basis and there is a refundable deposit required.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Discount - if your business is insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield, let them know that you’re a member of the Greater Abbeville Chamber of Commerce. Blue Cross Blue Shield offers a discount on rates to Chamber members and donates a 1% of qualified premiums to your local chamber, which in turn helps us to fund local programs and events of which the proceeds go directly back into the com-munity.

Visitor and Relocation Packages – the Chamber also functions as the county Welcome Center, we send visitor and relocation packages to anyone who requests them.
