Fun is in full bloom the first weekend in May!  The Abbeville Spring Festival has been a highlight of spring since 1978.  Each year, locals and visitors come together on our historic brick square to celebrate the season with live music, local vendors, delicious food, and the unmistakable energy of small-town South Carolina.

This three-day event offers something for everyone. Browse handmade crafts, enjoy performances from regional musicians, and treat yourself to classic festival foods. Kids can spend hours on carnival rides and games, while parents stroll through Abbeville’s downtown shops and restaurants, known for their welcoming Southern hospitality.

For more than four decades, the Spring Festival has been a highlight of life in Abbeville County — a chance to connect with neighbors, meet new friends, and make lasting memories under the May sunshine.
